HELP! speakers! arghh!!

just anyone know how to fit um?

take door card off, drill rivets out of old speakers, remove and unplug, plug in a bolt in new speakers put door card back on

oh no....

fitted them now
but i have developed i another prob
i fitted them and tested them yay!
now i have a crackle sound at high volume?
i do not get it....
i disconnected one speaker crackle
disconnect my AMP still a crackle
i have just about done everything and still get a crackle.
i think there may be a prob with the wireing loom to the main speakers?
i am unsure.
anyone help me out??
