Help! tyre sizes?

What tyre size should i fit onto a 6J 16 ET38 its replacing a 175/45/R13

I dont intend to lower the ibiza or any modifications to the arches atall.

markj you have the mk3 cupra alloys too, is it the same pressures as the original? i.e. 36psi all around is good?

Pressure is dependent on the tyres. 36psi sounds about right.

Im only in a 1.4, but I only run 30. Is that a bit low then??

I run 35psi in mine. Just go on whatever it says on the tyre!

markj you have the mk3 cupra alloys too, is it the same pressures as the original? i.e. 36psi all around is good?

I'm sure my original 185/55/15's were only meant to be 32/33, not sure what it was on the original 16's. Now i run 33 on the front and 34 on the rear, not sure why but they seem spot on to me. Probably best to ask in the MK3 section if you want to know exactly what they are meant to be, can't see 1/2psi either way making that much difference.

i used to run about 45psi in my stretched rims. if i went to 30 and took a corner fast i recon they'd slip off!
