is this an adaptation error? or a motor failure error?

switch on ignition and put window up fully then down then up again
close window with switch again and hold in this position for 5 seconds this will reset basic settings

so that is an adaptation error? not an motor error
let me check if i got it right
full up, full down, full up, again press up button and hold 5 secs? does it say something whe it learned?

then you cancell fault memory
the one touch windows should work ok then and the fault code shouldnt reappear
if one touch windows dont work spray some wd40 or silicone into window guides to ease movement
