help with couple of things

Right guys need your help 2 things i need your help with
1 - how hard is a passenger door sill to fit and weres the best place to get one its just when i get to around 80mph (private roads) you can here wind blowing through making a horrible whistling noise would a new sill fit it
2 - my rear window washer has either blocked or frozen up so when iv pressed it (trying to unblock it) i could here fluid in the car so i opened boot and there is washer fluid in my boot any one had this before

number two .... this happened to mine a wee pipe has come off in your boot if you check behind your drivers side light there is prob a lose pipe just reconnnect it
