help with removing climate control unit

Has anyone had any experience in removing the climate control unit, got a new one to put in as the original is knackered! Do you need pins or anythin to get it out as can't figure out how do do it!

if its like mine its 4 torx screws that hold it in - remember ive got a bora and not a seat. but audis, skoda other VWs are the same - remove a piece of trim and a screw in every corner
