HIDS4U Kit Radio interference

I have just fitted the HIDS4U ultimat kit on my 2008 FR. When the lights are on the and there is interference on all locla radio stations though the likes of radio1 is ok. Any one ever had this problem or any ideas as to what to try? Cheers

ive just fitted hid's to my mk2 tolly. they was from the same company and same as you i get the interference but after about 2 or 3 mins all ok.

The interference i get is when the strength of the local radio station drops. Lights off in these areas i can still get the radio perfect, lights on nothing but static

simple fix !!!!!!! when lights on stick on a good cd.... problem solved..

I like your logic

Think i will try screening the cables or else earthing the ballast just incase. Out of curiosity wher did you mount your ballasts? Mine is behind the washer bottle on the drivers side and around the fuse box on the passenger side

n/s is fixed under headlight and o/s is same as you. i got the 6000k one's and wow wot a differance im well happy with them. did you use the discount code for hids4u ??

Yeah i used the code,thankfully i found it before i placed the order, a nice little saving. The lights make one hell of a difference. Mine are the 5k ones with the reflector band
