im like you i have lots of things that need doing but small amounts of money to play with, to get it how i want it will take along time

but i would take your time with it and build it up when you can afford to, i wouldn't get shot of it just because of the mileage, i mean the engine is very strong in the cupra r and 100k miles is nothing as long as you keep it well serviced, and maintained it should be fine

Getting a lower mileage car just to start again would be pointless and you never know something may go wrong with it unknown issues lets face it most of cupra r's have a hard life sad but true

keep a plan of mods and then cross them off, im trying to do one thing a month to improve the car before to long things will get done

don't forget most performance companies if your planning on doing a few things can work out a reduced price i.e labour rates

Don't be put off by high mileage. There's a Toledo (booted Leon type) taxi running around here with nearly 400k on it, and that's only an 02 plate.

My town? You're coming to Chesterfield to go out in Mansfield? If you're around though I'd love to try yours out. I'm off work all week that week

IMO AntNeeUK I would scrap it and get an S3!! hehe!!

No, I would keep at it, as its in good nick, and you would be wasting the cash you have already spent. As a late friend of Pumapeople said, you should buy on condition, not milage! Just look at Vlad on 69,000, and he's more mint that ones I've seen on 20k. After my hi-res pic though, you should get new nuts! Oh, and new ones for the wheels too! hahaha!
Get the wheels done at Lepsons too!
