Are you fitting an uprated fuel pump? Heard somewhere that it was required.

HPFP isn't required for stage 2 mate, it's stage 2+. Stage 2 is 340-350bhp.
I'm going for just a stage 1 map until I get the exhaust next year, probably before the 'Ring.
Yeh, took the follower out yesterday, was really easy actually! Just followed the quide on the Golf forum, was piece of pie. Just drain the fuel out of the bleed nipple, unscrew the bottom hose (made of metal), take the 2 sensors out (one on top, one to the left hand side), and unscrew the 3 Torx bolts on the unit. The whole thing just slides out, and exposes the follower.
Mine will need replacing soon, so gonna order one this week and fit it.

Na it was coated in oil, and I made sure it had plenty on when I put it back in. Just need to order mine now, then it'll be ready for the map.

You will not be disappointed mate, they're top notch. Feel quite standard in a straight line, but soak up bumps much better. When you come to the bends, there's no body roll, and the nose just goes where you point it. They're awesome
As for height, we set them up at the height set in the manual that came with them, but I may lower the front a bit more. Can't remember the exact height, sorry pal.
Yeh probably be ok for another 5K, mine wasn't actually that worn - I would of taken a picture but no way was I getting my phone covered in oil! Told you the DV was easy, have you noticed any improvement?

Yeh they are mate, only 5mm though. Probably not worth it to be honest, might get rid.

It does seem to make a difference to them as they look to fill the arch abit better.
