Cheers guys . Rear badge is going on today, and I'll be taking the C-U-P-R-A badges off and spraying them matt black to match the wheels.

I'm really happy with the wheels, finish is superb, and they look so much better than the standard gloss black that's around.

Thanks mate, spent yesterday fitting the now-complete rear 'S' badge, and washing, claying, polishing and waxing the car. I'll get the pictures up later, really happy with the results!

Cheers mate, just got to do the CUPRA badges now. Going to finish them in matt black to match the wheels. Just got to get off my lazy ass and get the hairdryer out! lol

I got some fishing line which is good for getting them off.

I was gonna try and use Dental Floss, may go and have a go in a minute.

Some thin fishing wire would be good actually, I'll see how I get on and let you know.

Righto, got some better pictures of the wheels after the refurb, as well as some after a good clean.

Started off with a wash:

Then I clayed the car, followed by a polish using Zaino 'Worlds best polish' polish

Then the car was waxed using Colinite:

Pictures really don't do the car justice, the shine is awesome, really deep and glossy up close

I picked my Mk2 cupra yestarday well chuffed with it its an 08 plate standard but has K1 kit fitted but its not going to stay standard long,

Wicked mate, glad you're happy with it! The 25mm Neuspeed ARB is a great mod, well worth the money, definitely a good place to start.

I use Damian at DPM Performance for all my aftermarket bits, always had great service from him:

He's always managed to get the parts I've wanted quickly, only reason I'm waiting for the coilovers is because they're currently on order

I'll have my Eibach Sportline Springs up for sale as soon as I've got the coilovers on, they've only been on for about 500 miles. Just been tempted with the coilies, plus I'll be tracking the car more soon
