horn problem

hi there, i bought my cupra r about 4 weeks ago and all has been fine, until, my horn just randomly started going off on sat night, just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem,

Definitely the horn and not the alarm?

yeah the alarm is a siren not the horn, and when i opened the car (deactivated the alarm) it still didn't stop till i hit the steering wheel

have heard of water getting in the alarms and having to replace not sure if it sets the horn off though especially having to hit the steering wheel.

I'd guess if it goes off when you hit the steering wheel something is stuck there?

i hope it doesn't need a new alarm, i bet that would cost a few pennies, just been pulled by the police in it aswell,

just the norm, speeding, i was at fault and when the copper asked me what i was doing i said showing off, and he actually let me off after i was breathalised and had one of them side of the road drug tests, all this after he was admiring my car
