how do i bypass the n249 valve

aaarrrrrrrrr its driveing me crazy,haveing just had a remap not so long ago i now feel the NEED to do this bypass,i have done a search but its not that clear to me so im gunna put a pic up and could someone please take me through what i need to do please

bloody thing sometimes when i put my foot down it sounds like the dvs got stuck on dump it will flick up to about 20psi settle down to 16/18psi then all ofasudden it sound like it wants to dump but flicks down to 10psi for bout 3 too 4 secs then it gos back up............bring on the bypass

sounds like you've got something else wrong there....
