How Do I Post My Logs?

How can I post up my logs without them losing format? Within OpenOffice they look fine and easy to read however goes all over the place when copied and pasted onto here.

I've had a search and must be really stupid!

Copy and past from excell and add (code) befor and (/code) after but replace () with [].
