how do i remove my door handles and wing mirrors???

i need to remove my wing mirrors and door handles from my 1.4 mk3 ibiza to go to the paintshop on monday to be painted, can anyone give me a link to how to do this,

do i have to remove my door card to remove the door handles?

and how do i get the the screws to unscrew the wing mirrors, they are not electric mirrors if that makes any difference

any help would be apreciated

The door handles should come off with a small bolt or screw from the side of the door... look where the latch is for a small rubber grommet and there should be a screw underneath, if memory serves! The mirrors are held on with 3 bolts behind the tweeter, might need to remove the doorcard for that which is 2 bolts under the grab handle and then pulling off the plastic clips!
