How gutted am i!!!

Had my car so far for 2months got 56 plate ibiza sport 1.4 zenith grey (aka my baby)

since ive had it, someone in my work car park reversed into driver side rear bumper, pushed back into place, but now wheel arch isnt aligned, an scracthes on back bumper, mostly got out thru polish but still!!!...

And last friday driving along a road, and a lorry driving too fast hits a tree as he swerved to the side of the road to miss another lorry, hit a tree, and the tree fell on my car!!!!!!!! and another girls car, her fiesta V reg was a write off, mines jsut got dents and scratches!, and the lorry drove off!- finally got details thru ringing there head office, although the lorry is denying it!!!!! dont know how!

my car now needs a new bonnet, new headlight, removal of headliner- to bang out a few dents in roof, and dwn the side of the car, and alot of the car basically being resprayed! how unfair is that! and it wasnt even my fault!!!!

Sounds Like u have been very unlucky, but most lorries these days have really clever measuring gear that can tell when the van has been in a crash etc, plus if u know what it was report it 2 the police if u havnt already, get that girls number as a witness and jobs a goodun.

Jesus this sounds like you were lucky not to have the car destroyed, use the damage as an excuse to upgrade things on the car maybe!

ah thats terrible sorry to hear. had a lot of bad luck like this with my last car so know the feeling. i know it doesnt always make things better but at least you were ok, sounds nasty and could have been a lot worse and cars can be repaired. hope u get it sorted without too much hassle

yeah thanks, the police were involved obv and came out, got 2 whitnesses, and also on way home from work y'day the national trust were inspecting the tree, and i spoke to them, n they sed there gnna have to chop dwn the tree now, as its a healthy tree, and it will go rotten now, and are looking at billing and sending all the charges to the lorry! rahahaha! n the national trust guy said he'd back up my tree that the lorry was at fault n hit it at speed as theres graves n how can a healthy tree fall dwn ! wooooooo! only thing is £400 excess which sucks!

not really mate, the exess shouldnt matter if u trucks insurance is paying out, you should be to recover it. This totally pisses me off people like that, I have a hatred for anyone who drives off after an accident, I would never drive off even for a little nudge after an accident and I have mental high insurance.

Ive got a 06 car exact same modela nd colour as yours and each and every month I have had a new incident of bad luck with this car. Sometimes I swear that its jinxed. Only had it for a little while like yourself. Try and keep your head up, they are lovely motors

I hate people who just drive off as well, last Saturday someone reversed into the side of my DAB leaving a big dent on the driver's door and rear 1/4 panel while it was parked outside. They just drove off and didn't leave any details, but they did leave some red paint on the side of the door.

My insurance is sky high and I'd lose my no-claims if I claimed through my insurers, so I'll have to cover all £613.35 worth of repairs myself , which I cant do because I'm a student with no money.
