Not sure if i can make it mate. is it motorscope in northallerton? if i get a few hours off ill tootle over plus i dont think id dare show up in my 80bhp fiesta 1.4

Loads of them round me now, when I first got mine, 3 years ago, now theres 3 of my mates have them and theres at least another 5 within 10 miles of my house.

theres a few round by me theres a red LCR, a sweet looking 55plate LCR black one and i know a lad with a black petrol cupra and a lad with black cupra diesel and then theres me in the 1.8SE wanabeee Cupra :p

When I first bought my LCR there was only a couple of others within a 20ish mile radius of me. But now (18months later) I've seen at least 5 different ones.

I live in the Bromley / Kent area, im pretty confident that im one of a VERY few LCR's round where i live, in fact im sure I have the only one in at least a 10 mile radius.

I've had my 225 LCR for almost 3 years and have NEVER seen another LCR in my area, neighbourhood.

Mine is also completely stock, although i have plans to modify. But part of me likes the idea of having a stock car, an example of perfection that's never been touched.

Plus it begs the question, if someone who wants to buy an LCR, would they prefer it stock? To some it may indicate a previous owner who has thrashed it, or at least driven it enthusiastically.

I’ve never taken mine over 5k revs, and its not even done 34k miles yet.

I'm in Mitcham, near Croydon, and don't often see another LCR but it is a treat when I do. I once saw one in another black LCR in Carisbrooke on the Isle of White which was a surprise. From memory I have seen a grey one and a crashed red one in the last two years.

I'm sure I used to see quite a few LCRs here, but not for a while. Maybe replaces with Mk2 or Audis.

To be honest where I live there's a large contingent who own VAG cars, but not many LCRs. Infact I can't think of the last one I saw. Few LCs and the odd FR+.
