How much coolent??

I'm putting my car back together this weekend after crashing it and was wondering how much Coolent I need for the radiator and what type?

Like I said I think its 4.5 litres from dry, although I could be wrong never done it from completly drained before. Have you checked the manual yet?

Had a look in the manuel and couldn't see anything about how much is needed.
