Yeah im still in it, tried to get rid the other week but cudnt get a deal on what i wanted so will keep it for a few months and see what happens.

Getting a little bored of the numb feeling and even with Eibachs its still pretty poor in the bends compared to alot of other stuff ive drove and the engine itself is like pandora's box.

Want something i can keep that will last, i dont want this out of warranty you see.

We shud try get a few of us together at somepoint for a mini meet.

Is it not so fun then? What are you thinking of getting? I have so far been quite impressed with the handling of the fr, I've lowered it because it sits like a scared cat as standard, and with a set of good tyres she's quite fun in the corners for fwd :)
Defo should try for a meet so I know who to look for in future when I'm out an about lol! There are obviously quite a few local enthusiasts! :)

The Wrong side of the Pennines
320lb/ft stage 1? I doubt it, the clutch is only good for 300lb/ft that's why revo settled at 280

I can't comment on the accuracy of Awesome's rollers in comparison to another company's, but the graph from the Club Lupo rolling road day back then is below.

We're still on the original clutch and flywheel. TBH, it's only ever used "in anger" on the rare motorway trip it makes if there's a Gareth Cheeseman type in his generic German saloon hanging off the bumper.

Here is the my dyno results from my 04 tdi sport,

5945008163020387810

5945008163290641042

However this was done in mid 2012, since then i have a Miltek decat exhaust, CG Stage 2 kevlar clutch, pd 160 intake, green cotton filter, and an egr delete plus the intercooler pipework is now correctly sealed.

The car is definitely quicker and more responsive especially since these mods but not on a huge scale obviously!

I would love to get her on the rollers again to see the gains (if any lol!)

It must have an uprated clutch, standard one will defo not take that abuse.

no figured that one from what someone above said (lol it might of been you that said it but im forgetful!)

Id say its had a lot of uprated bits n pieces to see that, almost up 100 on hp and 140ftlbs so im dead keen to find out how :D bet its fun!!
