I've got a hybrid pd130 turbo waiting to go on which is good for 215-220bhp, along with an airtech intercooler that I've recently fitted then followed up with a custom remap should see me into the +200bho zone!

No nice where to get a decent custom remap from though!

You're probably better off looking at each individual component for the cost Little Red. Firstly because, dependant, they may have been cheaper at the time than now. If you go to Darkside you'll see the price of the FMIC at around £300, the mounts if he has all are around the £650 mark (from memory) clutch kit and fitting not a lot of change out of £1k.... I envisaged to get mid 200bhp at around 3k properly.

My pd130 is currently sitting at 180.8bhp & 288.3ftlb it has an angel tuning map on it, car runs well with that map but it is currently in ECOtune in hillington getting their map put on it. Power delivery looks alot better on the graphs from ECOtune. Only other mod on the car is a k&n panel filter.

Ecotune is good got my stage one from Stan last year, 183bhp and 307lb/ft going back in a week or two for a stage 2 with launch control and egr mapped out

He has taken delivery of the roller said they should be installed by sunday. He really does! Took him the whole day to tweak the file to give these figures and I'm really happy with it.

That's right good figures for just stage 1 his rollers are really accurate aswell ! No just my ibiza was up a fee weeks ago with a friend and Stan was saying hes getting 4wd roller was Just curious to see if he had them put in yet, I've got everything in place for hybrid so hopefully get a power increase and some more torque till I've got money for a hybrid getting a bit bored of it now not bad for a year on stage 1

Ok I don't own a pd130 I own a pd160 Cupra so not my thread really lol but my Cupra is running 201bhp. But from what I do no there isn't Meny diffrance a between the pd160 and pd130.

One thing people do a lot is get hybrid turbos which are all good but no where near what u should be looking at big turbo conversions would be a lot better.

Hybrid turbos firstly would give about 220bhp max with some very bad boost spikes where as a big turbo would give about 240bhp with smooth power curves.they so cost more than the likes of hybrids but there a lot better plus more reliable as an every day car.

Best things to upgrade for power on pd130

Firstly
Egr delete
Front mount intercooler with solild boost pipes ( no leaks :) )
Straight through exhaust system
Custom intake pipe don't waste money on a pd160 intake.
Greenstuff air filter
Custom remap or good stage one should see power figures of about 180bhp

Secondly more power
Uprated clucth becasue it will die at this stage
Bigger brakes more power needs to be able to stop 312mm audi tt are a good choice

Now ready for stage 2 and stage 2+
Big turbo conversion
Remap
Power levels 220bhp ish

Now big power bigger injectors or flerd 120ml flow rate tips
Wmi (water methol injection)
Optional......... custom or uprated inlet manifold and exhaust manifold

Custom remap 250bhp + depending on flow

Hope this helps

I have a custom hybrid turbo on mine and have stage 2+ map, egr and cooler delete, straight through exhaust (turbo to welded tip no boxes or cat) adapted cupra intake and panel filter and custom padal clutch and have 244bhp
