Using a RO or a pro polisher has the same risks, heating up the paintwork causing damage, contaminants between the paint and the polisher causing damage, etc etc. THe problem is if you get a bit of crap on a cloth hand polishing you'll see and hear the problem and stop, with a powered device you'll probably not notice until it's too late.

Scott, an orbital ( or random orbital ) polisher is exactly the same but with a polishing pad except a sanding disc really.

TBH I wouldn't go near my R with a polisher, it's too risky.

Dam the fella wasnt as good afriend than i thought! when i was there i asked about getting the stone chips done and he wnated 200 to do the bonnet!
 
yeh not sure if its normal or not, the back wheels appear to point inwards, and seem to sit uneven on the road, but i just looked at neighbours car and theres is very simillar, i may just nip in back and ask them

oh and the wifes just got in and hers is worse than mine

swirls show up worse under strip lights and direct sunlight, not sure why but it does

its worse when you go to an underground carpark with lots of lighting, you spot marks and imperfections that you never see in normal conditions
