How to remove passenger wing mirror

My passenger wing mirror is attached but is a bit 'floppy' and loose so it looks like something is broken on the mount. How do you remove these from the car? I intend on replacing the ext temp sensor while im at it anyway..

I just replaced mine:

Remove Door casing then the plastic part where the tweeter is just unclips off, then there are three philips head screws, undo them and job a good-un.

Is it simple enough to get the door card off? How is that done?

What part is likely to require replacing then to sort the mirror out? Any ideas?

Could be as easy as just tightning up the screws if thars what holds it in place? Never had to do it so just a guess.
