How to remove rear interior lights?

Wondering if anyone knows how to remove the rear interior lights on the roof??? Had a quick search, but couldn't find anything relevant.

I've tried levering it off but feels like it may break, especially since the alarm motion sensor things are attached to it too!

Sorry I can't help but I'd like to know this too as one of my bulbs is gone.

Couldn't find an obvious way to remove it or the bulb cover either.

It is that easy trust me. I tried levering and failed. They are about £150 each from a dealers for the black ones.

Yup, it really is that easy! Lol, felt kinda stupid because I'd been tugging at it for ages, before trying that method!
