Hi All,

I have Seat Leon 2021 eHybrid.
Hardware: H56
Software: 1780
Display unit/control panel hardware: H37
Display unit/control panel software: 3074
Navigation database: 20.3
Media Codec: 3.1.4

I want to update the Software to the latest version - 1969 ?
and the Display unit/control panel software - ????
where can I find the files for the update?

I tried online update but it doesn't show me any updates.

My Media console is loosing its memory from time to time (maybe every 2-3 weeks). Meaning I have to rearrange/assign the buttons in the screen everytime.
Anyone else had this issue? I am thinking maybe it is due to old SW version and update might fix it.

My infotainment has been doing the same since I bought the car over 12 months ago, not the biggest issue but still annoying.

I'm running FW version 1969, latest version hasn't been delivered to my car yet so not sure if that would help.

Turns out I am also on FW version 1969. I asked the dealer last year about the memory issue but to no help.
I had a similar reaction from my dealer, I suspect the issue is known but no real fix that they can apply.

I'm hoping the new FW gets delivered OTA to my car sooner rather than later as it's the only issue that really bugs me

Same here, but I keep hopes low for OTA to fix this issue considering the reaction from dealer and the time that has past with this issue.
Maybe it is a fix with an expense they want to avoid. (HW or some hands on work).

Can you tell that there is an OTA update coming soon? Sounds like it in your writing.
Thanks

I believe there is a recent update (1988) that has been getting rolled out over the last few months OTA but my car hasn't received it yet
