How to update Seat Leon 2021 eHybrid multimedia?

Hi All,

I have Seat Leon 2021 eHybrid.
Hardware: H56
Software: 1780
Display unit/control panel hardware: H37
Display unit/control panel software: 3074
Navigation database: 20.3
Media Codec: 3.1.4

I want to update the Software to the latest version - 1969 ?
and the Display unit/control panel software - ????
where can I find the files for the update?

I tried online update but it doesn't show me any updates.

Do you have the Seat Connect? If not, you can't update it online.

I'm clearly being dumb....set up a free Mega sub. Can't work out how to save it to my PC......Seems to save to the Mega drive but won't let me download as says over limit. I'm clearly being thick
