HU problem, car wont start...

Fitted a new HU in the glovebox today, works fine with the original screen still working but obviously the speakers are not connected. I tapped into the original wiring taking power to the new and existing HU.
Now for some reason the car wont start. When the ignition is on, only the battery light is on and the car doesnt seem to be firing, just ticking over. Any ideas? Its only since the HU has been put in that the car wont start btw.
Coincidence, or has something ive done caused this problem?

i cant see it draining too much power.. can you hear the starter motor?

It turns over just doesnt seem to be a spark...
Could it be an immobiliser problem, or could i of damaged the ECU?

Got this sorted now... Turns out there was a fuse missing, the one for the ECU. Must have knocked it out or summit but i didnt realise. Now running fine again...

was just gonna say, this happened to me, was a fuse under the steering wheel had popped when fitting the HU

Yeah was the far left one... Didnt even know it was missing, neither did the AA guy... I must have knocked it out or something when i was checking the others
Was the engine management fuse not the ECU one
