I wanted to respray my rims Matt Black but dunno... ?

IMHO:

Gloss Black looks a bit cheap
Matt black always looks a bit dirty

Best of both worlds a satin black finish looks good

I think the wheels look spot on as they are . If anything i would invest in some sideskirts to finish it off.
