So I had this exact problem that I saw a bunch of people here had too. I have seat ibiza 2019 1.0 MPI 58
It was all normal until I got that yellow EPC light, then the car is just like no juice, wont run, struggling. Next day i took it to mechanic and drove it for 3 mintues before the EPC light turned on, but then the day after i drove it for like 45minutes trying to get it to turn on but nothing happens, now it just wont turn on and the car runs normally. Also sometimes when EPC light turns off, the yellow engine light turns on.
The first mechanic thought it was MAF sensor, so he ordered it, replaced it, but apparently it wasnt that.
Then I took it to another mechanic, who took the entire ECU out, said there was a problem with a sensor on the ECU and he tried to replace just the sensor from a different ECU unit he had, but because the sensor was too small, he was not able to do it and told me we should order a new ECU.
On the computer I saw it said this:
Fault Codes have been erased 1 fault found 37500 - barometric pressure sensor 1 p2227 00 [039] - implasable signal Not confirmed - tested since memory clear
I also have another screenshot that im attaching.
Im just wondering is that actually what it is? Getting a new ECU would be my best bet here? Just want to confirm before I order it, because I assume it might be expensive
