Ibiza 6J FR Black Edition ACT face lift version?

Hi, I'm just wondering if someone would be able to clarify if mine is a face lift 1 or 2? The car is on 15 plates registered in 2015. I am asking because I hope to get a Cariata obd tomorrow and it seems there's a cross over between 2014 / 2015 time and I need to select the correct version for the app. It doesn't help that it depends on where about you look if this is a Mk5 or MK4 or what ever. I'm just hoping for some clarification so I can select the right thing to use with Cariata car scanner

It's a 6J 2009-2014. The later vehicles had the large colour infotainment screen.

Thanks James, that's great now i know which one to choose. There's a few things that would be nice to set up like the chirp for the alarm, see if I can get the mirrors to fold on locking and set the digital speed to mph which I understand is done by changing language settings. Also things like first press on the key fob to unlock just the driver door. Some basic stuff like that just to make it feel like "mine" a bit more
