A bit of mechanical work has to go into it to then I see. But like I said already, it looks amazing with them arches.

Where did you get the kit from? Are the arches steel or fibre glass?

This is not a 'kit'. The wings are high quality fibreglass and take a lot of fettling to get em to fit - but I will be getting moulds made at some point to make my own (I have a second set of panels now bought specifically for this purpose), ideally in kevlar for strength but once I have moulds then any fabric will be possible, glass, kevlar or carbon.

Thats because I dont want muppets who want stuff for max power cars calling my contacts up and messing relationships up - many of the people stuff comes from are high level racers, national and euro champs, and they do not suffer fools.

The RSD car had metal front wings which surprised me - I was expecting fibreglass.

Ex-Cupra Sport Ltd spares from the BRC Rally Campaign undoubtedly, given the connections between RSD and Cupra Sport Ltd - either been bought back off the receivers of Cupra Sport Ltd as surplus stock, or, err not presented to the receivers in the first place

Or....

he was an employee, who prepped the recce cars.

The rally cars were built in Spain - and they had Rally mech's to maintain them.

not quite the story i was told when i was down there, but thats people for you

the RSD one was built from panels from the original motorshow example car which were metal.

afaik he was gonna sell the kit after taking moulds, but I haven't heard anything since before it was finished.

So who knows!

And why can't modified car owners have wide arch kits. Bit snobbish if you ask me!
