Ibiza KJ 2019 two problems found

Hi guys, I’m Riccardo, I’m new here!
I own a 2019 Ibiza KJ Business with a 1.6 TDI 59kw. Since I got this car I had a problem when starting the engine while already hot. For example, if I take the car in the day, it starts perfectly, so cold start has no problems.
If I try to start while already hot, maybe after half an hour I’ve used it, the start is very weak. I don’t know how to describe it, but if I look closely to the rpm gauge I can see that the engine has an hesitation between 500rpm and then after half a second it matches the idle. The sound also changes and I can ear the hesitation. The other day it was really bad, the engine almost stalled while turning on. Someone experienced the same problem?

The other problem is related with the windscreen washer. 7 times out of 10 when using the washer, the windscreen wipers starts to clean before any liquid is sprayed. Then after 2-3 seconds the liquid is sprayed. Because of this I have a huge scratch on my windshield. I always use distillated water and VW liquid. The sprayers are not clogged because sometimes it works normally (first liquid is sprayed and then the windscreen wipers starts to clean).

I know the windscreen wash delay is a common thing, probably due to the lack of a non-return valve in the line for the washer fluid.

So all Ibiza have this problem with the washer fluid? It’s very annoying...anyway, I asked few friends that have a 2020 model and it seems like this problem has been resolved. In any case thank you for the answer, now I hope to know more about the engine hot start problem ?

I think many SEAT’s have the washer delay issue, my Ateca certainly does. It’s possible to buy non-return valves for just this reason, so Illbe checking my hose run to see where I can fit one or two. Some are simple inline ones, but it’s also possible to get a one-into-two version as well.

Just noticed that after pulling stalk it sprays the screen wash after 3 seconds or so. Is this normal? MY21 FR Sport model

Mine is a bit different, it isn’t only a delay...basically the wiper starts to wipe before any washer fluid is being sprayed. So the wiper blade rubs on the dry windshield
