The pins are from GPR. Im still trying to get prices together for the track rod ends. The place i get them from isnt responding! lol! Indy, they only do fixed rose jointed top mounts for your car. Im waiting for a price on those too.
Alex in the bottom pic what charge pipe are you running? mine looks similar to the top pic and the pipes are shockingly flimsy

the lcr charge pipe at the turbo end had a funny kick. it throws it in a weird direction.

Little update. Ive been working a little on the car this week so i got a few things done.
The original seat rails are getting there. They are such a bitch to remove. Progress is slow and im waiting for some extra drill heads.
Ive finished the top mount gear shift and the cables are run through the bulkhead.
I then whipped the engine out for the rebuild. Im glad i did as cy1 has had some issues. The top ring had started to flake apart and has scored the bore. Doesnt matter as i already have another rebored block im using. There has also been some exhaust valve to piston contact. Over reving i guess!!!?

The head is off having some fancy porting work done at JNL Racing along with supertech valves, springs and retainers. With everything off its rude not to get the paint out.
I wanted something different. I just dont know what colour to paint the block and do i polish the head? The turbo is also being changed for a 2871. The turbo to downpipe bolts were so tight i snapped my snap on 6mm allen socket!
I'm more interested in what turbo the KTM in the background is having put on it
Damn you eagle eyes. Its a secret until its complete. lol! It wasnt meant to be in the pic!
There have been one or two times it reved to over 7.5k in 2nd. Never over that. Valve float can kill!
