I'll more than likely have between 2 - 4K when the time comes for getting one, weather or not I can get an alright one for that's another story lol.

well will have to be pre-facelift....reckon you could pick up a nice tdi sport/ tdi FR for near the top end of your budget..maybe up to 4,500...

keep looking on pistonheads...seen a few semi-modded ones for about 4,300- 4,500....could get lucky..

Ahh okay thats not too bad I think they look pretty nice and im sure bits will be easily swapped over?

yeah...very easily...

FR front and back bumpers can be picked up ok...

seen a few that have just been lowered and got nice alloys...think they look mint still

I guess that'll suit me down to the ground in that case :D what sort of milage can these cars handle if serviced regularly etc?

That's pretty good in that case always been weiry of high muleta but If my pug can do 145k miles and still drive well then I'm sure somthing made by vag could surely out do it, I guess buying a 120k seat wouldn't be a problem and I guess a replacement engine could be had too! Thanks mate!

replacement 130pd's are everywhere as they were so common throughout the VAG ranges, awesome motors tbh and bullet proof

Sweet what sort of price do the replacement's usually go for, just want to know I've all angles covered when I finally purchase one lol :)

thanks!

That's not too bad I guess, I guess I could fit it my self aswell...
