Hi,
So i wrote a thread a few days ago about being totally bored and out of love with my LCR, so when i come back from my hols, ive decided after like nearly 6 years of ownership to go and get all the bits for a stage 2 remap. While its there it will get badger bill brakes, service, wheel refurb and brembo refurb too....wow expensive month lol.

Only thing is i have a CC1 on the car already but as they are off the forum i have no idea if they are still running!!! Always said i would stick with those guys but i think the car need a fresh approach so i want the most aggressive stage 2 map on the market...ok my clutch may die, but c'mon the car is 6 years old, the clutch has done sooo well.

So what is the most aggressive map? I have no bother with travellig, actually its better as i can use it to full effect on the home journey. Has to have excellent torque in the low to mid range. My current map is great top end, but very very unrealistic- and almost boring around town if im honest.

Essay over, any ideas? Originally was looking at Revo, but they have changed. May be AmD now. :)

has to be revo? all the power in the midrange.

phone them

i dont think the linear map has REPLACED the original.
find out

im pretty sure revo do the most aggressive generic map but why not get bill to custom map to your spec while your getting the brakes ;) and you could also go for the badger 5 tip :D

Revo from what I read and you also have the sps for fine tuning, but saying that all these maps are much of the same just different power delivery styles, Bill could put file together for you that would be to your taste I'm sure and you'll have good after sales support to.

I like low down power too, I don't really drive my car on the limited all the time, hence why I went hybrid.

REVO2 will tick your box for aggressive..
I will say just one word however, with respect to aggressive (read boosty/torquey)

Rods

;)

I ran a fully stage 2 LCR on Revo software running boost 9 timing 6 and it was spot on, never missed a beat. Standard clutch coped fine with all the abuse i threw at it too! Also i had the AmD stage 2 map and Revo is just so much better :)

going for a aggresive stage 2 map is imo a point less exercise unless you upgrade the internals. The fact you want 'the most aggressive map' suggests you may want to give it a right boot full all the time which at stage 2 boost and torque levels imo is asking for trouble unless you do the rods. Surley a custom map from someone like bill is the best way to go to keep things safe?

Revo stage 2 and get a sps switch so you can play around with the setting, not sure what the standard rods can handle torque wise think its about 320lb/ft

Go for a custom map then you can have it as aggressive as you like ;) bills will happily custom map it :D
