Immobiliser type

Hey, im just trying to renew my insurance and there asking what type of immobiliser i have fitted on my 2006 Ibiza Sport. Anybody have any idea what they fit on these???? Is it Thatchem 1 or 2, standard fit cat 1 0r 2 ????

Yeah thats what i would have thought as well but it asks for a category type as well????????? I duno, il av a guess. I hate looking for insurance quotes, takes ages

was an optional extra on the 06 sport

if you have got one then it is cat 1

If it has an Alarm&Immobiliser fitted then it's a T1 or Thatcham Category 1...if it's just an Immobiliser fitted it's a T2
