Hi Everyone, I know this is an old post but I thought I would share my findings! I had the same type of problem with my dials, I took it to a Company in Hampshire called Cartronix who repaired it for me. They took the unit out as I dont have a clue! repaired it and installed it back for me in under a couple of hours all for a pretty reasonable cost too. Been behaving ever since!
