intake manifold nipple snap off

i was trying to do the n249 by pass when i snap the nipple on the itake manifold off because of the stupid one use clips would not come off but i have tried the car up and down the street feels just the same .Will this cause a problem if i leave the hole un blocked and if it does any on reconmendation on a cheaper fix without put a new intake manifold on hope someone can help thanks

You can buy the nipples I have 2 coming to put in my manifold as extra's

You'll need to take manifold off to fit them tho

where did u get yours from and i guess i will have to drill and thread the new hole

and how hard is the intake manifold to take of are the bolt torque on

My mate's getting me mine but I'm guessing you can get them from Demon Tweeks or simular?

Or maybe Bill at Badger 5?


Yeah you drill and tap hole then thread new nipple in, looks fairly easy to remove manifold.......I've not done mine yet as I bought a spare one to polish and thats what I'm fitting the extra's to.

£100 for the garage to take the intake manifold off and retap te new niple in .would of tried myself but probley nack it more
