Intake, rocker cover painting

Looking at painting the rocker cover and intake manifold, any one got any intake manifold removal guides, obviously I'm gonna buy a full set of new gaskets for it when I do the re-fit, it's just to tidy up the 'bay as the previous owner couldn't aim the oil down the filler right

Its pretty straightforward...Rocker cover is about 10 nuts (10mm), use 10nm when refitting it. Intake manifold removal: google for "EVAP delete", you should be able to find an extensive guide inc manifold removal
