So it looks as if they didn't simply nick the plans from Hyundai, as some cynics have implied.

It's fascinating to see the clay version being carved and all those female designers with their coloiur samples to design the grey interior.

The red FR in the last shot looks pretty good.... the rest, not so much.

I'm still iffy on the high shoulder line of the mk3, which makes its silhouette
a bit bulky from multiple viewpoints.

I respect the craftmanship though.

It's a pity we wont get those wheels here in the UK on the red FR, they are nice. I saw them at the Paris Motor Show too and absolutely loved them, may be saving them for the cupra perhaps?

Cool video. Blatantly put together for sales purposes mind you. But still interesting none the less. I saw a new Astra the other day and for 1 second I thought it was a Mk3. They are astoundingly similar looking
