Interior Light Problem

Good afternoon. I have this problem in my car. Is a Seat Ibiza 6J Cupra 1.4 TSI. The round side button that activates the lights has an LED that turns on when the lights are turned on. Mine works in reverse. The Red LED It's on when lights are off. When I turn on the lights the Red LED turn off. Working contrary.
Worse...the lights on the power windows buttons don't turn on but they work fine. The dimmer on the panel isn't working either...
It gives me the feeling it's all related. The problem is that on the island we no longer have seat representation and I start to get stuck. The fuses are OK. Thought it might be some relay? Do you have any ideas? Thank you for your attention.

I had this same issue when my registration lamp blew the fuse (#17 5amps) after I replaced it and also fitted proper bulbs it was all back to normal (on this link you can find the Fuse diagram).
