Have had an intermittant problem with the Bus over the past few years which has come to a head this weekend

basically the car would go into 'limp mode' as it were when driving, but it has had an easy fix by pulling over, turning off the ignition, waiting 30s then turing the engine one and normal service would be resumed. Now its happening more regulary and th switching it off doesn't have any effect.

Looks turbo related to me:shrug:, deffo feels like it suffers from a lake of boost when it acts up

Yeah I did a search after posting as I was on the move, I think this turbo is a VNT one and the mechanism that moves it all can stick, I don't begrudge it on a turbo thats done 176k!

I cleared the code and had drove all the way from, Rugby trouble free, also it only seems to do it in wet weather.
