Intermittent issue

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue. I had the head unit replaced in December, at the stage I’d had car 6.5 months. Head unit was replaced as kept calling sos, turning interior lights on, interior lights not working. I’ve had this issue twice since and basically when it occurs I can’t start the car. What I have to do is close the car up and leave it for a few minutes so it powers down fully, then I can get on my way.

it gets stuck cycling through all these errors. Obviously will be mentioning to dealer at some point, but be surprised if they actually found a error.

You've likely got a tonne of software updates outstanding that the dealer has claimed to have done but hasn't

The infotainment is at 1969, but not sure on all the individual components. They’d originally done updates in November to 1940 in hope it solved the head unit issue.

There's ~15-30 (depending on spec)control modules on your car, it only takes one of them to be on outdated, buggy software to cause issues
