..This time Sooty's a "she".. and isn't she just beautiful!

1999 (S) SEAT Cordoba SX TDI

Here's she is in gorgeous Bengal yellow, one of very few in the UK. She's got 59000 on the clock (I watched her go over to 59K on the way back from South Wales  )

Half leather interior, electric windows, electric mirrors, 6 CD changer, sunroof, aircon and... A TUNING BOX ;)

She's a TDI 90, with a tunit box (that the bloke had already on) so hopefully she's putting out about 110.

BIG thanks to m0rk for giving me a lift to collect her yesterday (Saturday).. and for putting up with the horrendous weather on the way back!

Spent all day yesterday cleaning the interior, and today washing and waxing the exterior...

More updates to come..

Coilovers are shortly to be ordered, as are some new wheels. Also in the pipeline are body colouring of the lower plastic valances and side skirts. Quite possibly a VEGoil conversion (equipment permitting), installation of my fridge :p , Alpine ICE, in-car PC with SATNav, SonyEricsson wired handsfree ;) , maybe an exhaust trim like that Sooty I had - and lots of toys... :p

In the future I will most likely be looking into hybrid turbos, but for now, rest assured, the ultimate in ShitPipe (TM - m0rk) technology will return along with the usual bout of pikey mods that were seen on Sooty I

Please keep your eye out in the Ibiza MKII and Cordoba forums as there are some bits I need.. so I will be asking you to scour your garages and sheds to help me out

A big welcome to Sooty II!!

Very true. The M50 was a nightmare coming back.

I've turned up the tuning on the box now mate, got it just right (it only kicks back @ 4000rpm in 1st) so that's no major issue
