imho i think the brackets would put me off...especially not being finished off in a touchy-feely plastic or something to disguise 'em

also looks like a kit that you'll need to screw to the outer sides of the centre console which would be off-putting for me anyways

i'd spend a tad more and get the official armrest which connects in place of the rear cup holder (behind handbrake)

Armster one is best quality IMO, mine is like an armster replica hah. I'll get some pics

damon6uk's one looks like a better option looks-wise personally, closest to the original but you still have to screw into the outer sides of the rear section of the centre console covering the cupholder. not too content with the other 2 as they look (as mentioned above) a bit like mechano

doesn't that get in the way of using the hand brake?

off topic but is that scangauge2 worth it? i was looking into getting but thought against it cause my dash does the mpg and stuff

I got mine from David @Sere (superb service I must say) fitted it myself in less than an hour full instructions inc all I had to do as a mod was cut the bottom of the cup holder out no loss I don't sit in the back ..... very sturdy.... matches decor exactly. To me well worth the extra money, why spend £x grand and then spoilt it for a few tenners ? but thats me old fart

My car doesnt have a trip computer so yeah it is for me!

Thanks that looks quite good.

Might keep an eye on that. Think they need a better looking graphic display though

Yeah the display does look quite dated in terms of modern on board diagnostic equipment, but they can be changed into a lot of colours!
