Took my Cupra 180 there on Fri 17th Feb for a service, I did phone around for prices and JKM even with a plug change came in more competitive than the main Seat dealer down the road. All in 10k service with plugs £195! 
Communication was fantastic and I felt secure in the knowledge that my car was being looked after professionally. Went to pick it up later on that day
was told about some small advisory's that may need to be considered for the next service. I immediately noticed the car felt ten times better and it even got a wash too.
I am even going to get the car remapped with them when funds permit later on this year. I truly felt that JKM of Portsmouth outshone any experiences of main dealers that I have come across, I certainly recommend them.
