Just bought a cupra - advice please

Ok I did a search from here and checked out the usual things when viewing.

Its had new door seals 2 years ago but the drivers floor was damp - need to know what the score is with this, is it a dealer only job/DIY or what?

Didnt have a trip computer? is this right?

How much roughly are camblet changes? Cant be too dear as Autodata book 5.2 hours for head gasket change! Engines must be easy to work on, unlike the ones I am used to (XU Peugeots)

2001 X plate, 40k full (and i mean full) history in light grey for £4400

thats ok,
you must have a water leak, possible from the door seals.
not all model hav trip computer,
had my cambelt changed at 47000.
whats wrong with head gasket?
well it depends what you mean easy to work on?

Nowt wrong with head gasket, I was just using the repair time as an example.

Very pleased with the car, roll on thursday when i gets delivered.

Cupra has a rain sensor, anti-dazzle rear view mirror, CD autochanger, traction control, electric seat adjustment, leather trim. Sport dont, but the leather on leons seems to be naff anyway, and the rest is no big loss.

Well I have traction, cd changer and anti dazzle but no rain sensor or leather...

Wanna know about the colour though, its the light grey/silver colour.... has it got a name?
