Plodding along then just died, turns over fine but don't start. Any common issues. O yeah and it's decided to go sleep on a busy road.

AA came and sprayed some "easy start" stuff though the air intake, fired up.
Followed me home 20miles with no issues.
AA reported no fault codes and all pressures are fine.
AA said suspected faulty fuel pump
Easy to do?
Expensive?
Any tricks or advice?
Many thanks guys.

there is two like half size relays in there i changed them both one is the fuel pump relay and the other is to do with the cooling pump take them out and give the part number off them to a SEAT parts dept what made me suspicious is they have changed part number quite a few times it cost me round about £20 for the both of them

a relay is basically a switch when mine was playing up it just used to cut out for no reason had it on diag no faults found but when it died if i turned off the ignition for a minute it would restart i think turning off the ignition used to restart the electrics

Yeah mine just died turn ignition off for 10-minutes turn it on just turned over didn't start disconnected the battery reconnected yet still didn't start. I've taken the cover of the in-tank fuel filter it's buzzing nicely. Just points to me saying relay as car was starved of fuel AA man had to spray easy start for it to get going again.

Right removed ecu and only a few relays there, none fuel.
Any other relays around?
Would a roadside AA full diagnostics be any different to a garage diagnostics?
Wondering if it would be any use to go to a garage and get it plugged in but aa man did say there is no codes showing.
