K1 going back to dealers for warranty work next week. Any advice?

Well ive booked the K1 in with my local SEAT dealer next tuesday to look at a few problems. Just wondering if anyones had similar issues and how they got on.

1. Drivers side rear light cluster fills with water when the car is washed/it rains.

2. Slight knocking sound from the rear while at low speed. Sounds suspension related. Not very loud but you can hear it if you coast at say 10-20mph. Just sounds like someones underneath tapping the floor as you go over every minor defect in the road surface.

3. Most worringly, paint is peeling in about 3 different places from the kandy white painted k1 rear bumper.

Anyone had similar issues, and how did you get on with warranty claims. Im most worried that they do a better job painting the bumper than they did originally! Pretty poor workmanship IMO.

1. Seems to be a common problem, normally flies etc get in there in the summer and then die which means they're stuck in there, should be covered especially as your getting water in there. Maybe fill it up before you take it so they can see rather then them coming back saying 'No fault found'.

The K1 bodykit is not painted by Seat at the factory. The dealers fit the kit after they have had them painted at their bodyshop (if they have one) or at a local bodyshop on the cheap. This should not change your paint warranty though.

Dealers didn't fit the K1 kits, they were fitted at Port of Entry (either Sheerness or Tyne) by a bodyshop cotracted by SEAT.

Had my K1 kit repainted under warranty due to poor colour match. They had the car a week, but its sorted now.
