I know I haven't been on here much but I do have a genuine reason...

Foxy passed her MOT today with only an advisory on the exhaust, but I knew that would come up so Im happy. Exhaust will be replaced for next year's MOT.

Been extremely busy lately but managed to try out my new camera (apologies for car not being clean, as I said, extremely busy!)

Foxy and my new business premises!

Good news is that I have managed to successfully set up my own business where I can work from home, so Foxy mileage will remain low and most of all, I have managed financially to set up aswell as keep my baby.

One happy, happy young petrolhead.

Car is looking good, i not been around much got rid of my banger toledo for a vectra (yes i know lol) but it comfy, quiet and was ment to be in really good nick and needed something better than the toledo, the gf hated it and with still being wonky after my bike crash work a problem and running a cupra r or ST which was my other fav be a fair problem, got to drive a cupra tho Tommy on here who my brother after he decided to have an argument with a wall busted his hand lol only drove it home for him and it good 180 hp in a fairly light car feels quite good, loads of torque and handled far better than i expected, then again my vectra is a heavy car.

does mean that i really fancy a cupra r again now, december when my insurance up for renewal could see a cupra r in my possession lol got to out power my younger brother dont i lol

You said that to me a lot before lol

Sitting doing some insurance quotes, as a whole package deal a Cupra R is very hard to beat, cheap, quick, not a wegie level drinker lol, very tune-able and mod-able and pretty reliable. as well as reasonable insurance costs, just need to find the right one and Red really is the color i want, think it suits the car very well :D

Red is my favourite!

Car looks sweet Kat! Brilliant example this car.

Thanks Tom!! Still envy your car so much! Power was never my aim, just to have a fresh, well kept, rare example.

Looking clean as usual Kat

Thank you dear :) Week off work next week so hope to get a good detail done but I also have a Merc and a Range Rover Sport so might not have much spare time :(

Just noticed that your front set-up is pretty spot on (for a OEM fag bag) good height. Rear still sits like your dads John Deere. Needs my spacers ;-)

Hey you :) Oh my god, is thee Derek Gordon actually paying me a compliment?! Thanks, set up was done so that side skirts sit straight with ground. My Dads John Deere is a beast! It does need spacers but that will come soon.

Haha piss off I'm always nice! Domt go looking for examples tho.

You are always nice to me, always put a smile on my face! :D

Cheers Kat :)

Thanks, Im glad you are envious of them as unless you have heaps of power, most cars go un noticed on here. But I love my Recaro's too much so they are staying put :p I don't think I get the full benefit of them as Im a tiny toot and my 26" waist doesn't really fill the seat  But I think they look really good so I love them!

I went from a 1.2 52 plate Ibiza to a 1.8T 53 Leon Cupra  To say my Mother was worried was an understatement!

Yeah, it will hopefully get some tlc too! :) Really missing it as the better half has had it for two weeks, so I can't wait to drive it again! ;)

Managed to find a few spare hours to give Foxy a bit of TLC, went for a spin to Keith and filled up with V Power, last time I filled up was 27th May! lol.

Decided to apply two coats of Body Wrap, so should be good for at least 3 months now. Nanolexed the glass and also removed bottom door seals and washed them. Hoovered interior and cleaned all interior plastics and dressed. Also polished the alloys since they now have nice lacquer on them, still really chuffed with how the wheels came out, love them.

Had to have a wee chuckle to myself, applied Aerospace to my carbon fibre to protect it from the sun and after a nice drive, found half the UK's flies attached! lol!
