Try some glue and tar remover on those black bits in the boot - spray on, leave for 15 mins then use something like the edge of an old bank/store/credit card to gently scrape it off. Alternatively use a hairdryer to warm it up and it may peel/scrape off that way.

Aww thanks! Well, better to be prepared and all that :) Still intend on running Foxy as and when over winter, when theres no snow.

If this comment is what I think it's about, thats not even funny!! :ban:

Looking Excellent kat..

Have you looked at the Poorboys stuff Kat....Works wonders on dark Shaded Colours

Thanks Danny. I've never used any Poorboy's products, might go see about them Friday after work as I need to nip to Polished Bliss for more stuff anyway.

Well, that dreaded time has arrived, the snow is here... Boooo!!!! Managed to fit all four of my winter wheels in the Leon, and take them down to my boyfriends.

This week, Foxy will be treated to:

Full Service
Front Roll Bar Bushes replaced with Powerflex Polybushes
OEM wheels removed ready for makeover
Winter wheels fitted
Underside sealed with Waxoyl
Engine Flush
Sump dropped and strainer changed

Whilst Foxy will be in hiding most of the winter, here's two pics as a reminder of what she's really like ;)

UPDATE TIME!!!

This week Foxy has been spoilt like the little baby that she is! My lovely lad had the car all last week and spent a fair few hours treating her.

First up was a full service, including an engine flush and new sump strainer.

Then replaced the Front Anti-Roll Bar Bushes with Powerflex Polybushes.

Then it was onto some cosmetic work - The Claipers! I refurbished them myself in April (even the bodyshop was impressed by that!), but being so fussy I wasn't happy with the colour. So, FLASH RED it was!!!!

Then finally the underside and arches were treated with waxoyl. Foxy has had all her birthdays at once!

Now taken her off the road for winter, so this is what I will be helping with in next couple months, and hopefully learning lots and lots!

Its an awesome little track car! Might not be that fast, but it whoops the Evos and Scoobys on corners. It's running Carbs.

Next plans will be hopefully a new exhaust, and possibly a FMIC.

Oh, and wheels are getting powdercoated over Christmas ;)

Just so you know, I'm running what I believe to be a TX Cooler, painted it black, and did see at one point 315lb/ft. But was getting jib from the flywheel so knocked it down, it's now running 302lb-ft and 278bhp. And the cooler is invisible :)

Here's mine

Excuse the fog not being fitted, this is me missing a pipe when I bought it second hand. I have replaced with the proper pipe and the fig fits fine :)

Some pictures to show how (in)visible the intercooler is:

I'm like you, OEM+. And stealth was my idea, hence the milltek with OEM looking tail pipe.
