Basically that the SEAT's should be pegged back because they are so much quicker than the rest of the field.
However it doesn't really wash does it, considering a Vauxhall leads the drivers championship by 44 points and Vauxhall lead the manufacturers title by 105 points. With only 9 races remaining in the championship.
If SEAT were on form all year, maybe he'd have an argument but i think though they have a blistering qualifying form. It has not been converted into wins with all the problems. As such it's been a closer run thing.
However SEAT have built and fielded cars within the rules, if he doesn't like it. Build better cars.
