I have recently lowered my Leon about 1 1/2 months ago, but in the last couple of days it has developed a knocking noise, mainly when turning and going over a bump from the drivers side. This can be felt on the clutch pedal too as a sharp tap upwards.

Initially i thought it would be ARB bushes, however from doing a search i have found answers of ARB links and Bottom Ball joint.

Which of these is it likely to be? as i dont fancy buying all the parts if i dont need to.

If you have a cupra based front suspension and you have lowered your car loads then more likely to be drive shaft rubbing on the front ARB. To solve this problem you need different ARB drop links

Yes it is a cupra, but its only lowered about 35-40 mm? and surely the driveshaft would have hit the ARB since i've lowered the car, not just in the last couple of days?

i'll go have a look and see if theres any marking on the ARB/driveshaft.

What do longer links cost roughly?
